Pouvoir oublier

Spring 1972, Sept-Îles. The Common Front strike takes on an insurrectionary character, sparking the hope of worker power. But a tragic attack puts an end to the dream. Pouvoir oublier shows how this uprising, far from heralding a rupture, instead marks the culmination of a state-bound trade unionism, where the hope for a better world was swallowed up in the quicksand of realism.
